Accessing Your Tenant Accounts

If you are a reseller or manage multiple tenants on Dotsmaker MailPRO, you can easily switch between accounts without logging out. There are two simple ways to access a tenant account.

Method 1 — Add Account (Recommended)

This is the quickest way to switch between your main account and tenant accounts without logging out.

1. Click your profile icon at the bottom-left of the sidebar.
2. In the popover that appears, click Add Account.
3. Enter the tenant admin username and password provided when the tenant was created.
4. You will be logged into the tenant dashboard. You can switch back to your main account anytime from the same profile menu.

Your tenant admin credentials are always available in Tenants under the Reseller section in the sidebar.

Method 2 — Direct Login

You can also log in directly using the tenant admin credentials, just like a normal account:

1. Go to the Login page.
2. Select the Management tab.
3. Enter the tenant admin username and password.
4. Click Continue — you will be taken to the tenant dashboard.

Where to Find Tenant Credentials

Your tenant admin username and password are shown when you first create the tenant. You can always view them again by navigating to Tenants in the Reseller section of the sidebar and clicking on the tenant.
